What is the VIP Shopper Club?

The VIP Shopper Club is a membership-based club for our savviest shoppers. Members receive periodic center updates and sale information from us. In addition, VIP Shopper Club members receive free access to My VIP Centers, a password-protected portion of our website where visitors can find exclusive offers from our merchants.

What are the benefits of The VIP Shopper Club?

VIP Shopper Club Members enjoy the following benefits:

Exclusive offers for your favorite centers, including VIP offers, daily offers and all VIP Savings Passport books offers. This is an online club. No membership card required.

Plus, as a VIP Member you will receive ongoing emails about sales & events and special offers from participating merchants.

How do I join?

To join The VIP Shopper Club, simply complete this easy registration form. Once the form is completed, you’ll receive a welcome email and have instant access to the My VIP Center area of the website.

Is there a cost to join?

No, membership to the VIP Shopper Club is free.

How do I access the VIP Club area of the website?

After you have joined, you may log in to My VIP Centers at any time by simply entering the email address and password you entered during the signup process.

What do I need to access the VIP Club area of the website?

You must be on a modern web browser and have a connection to the internet. That’s it. It’s that easy and simple.

Is there a membership card?

There is no VIP Membership card. As a member of the VIP Shopper Club you may access the My VIP Centers area to view and/or to print exclusive online offers. Present offers at participating stores to receive your discounts.

How do I view and/or print the offers?

Log in to the My VIP Center area of the website and navigate to a center of interest. From there, click special offers and you’ll see all available offers for your selected center. You can print the offers of interest ahead of time or simply show them on your mobile device to the sales associate in-store at checkout to redeem. Note that select stores may require a printed offer to redeem it. If you did not print the offer out, visit the Simon Guest Services or Management Office and customer service will gladly provide a printed copy of the online offer(s).

What if I forgot my password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can easily retrieve it by clicking here and going thru our “forgot password” process.

How do I change my email address?

To change your email address, log in to the My VIP Centers areas of the website using your existing email address and password. Click the "My Profile" link and update your email address there.

What is the difference between VIP offers and daily offers?

VIP offers are exclusive to VIP Club members and are available for a limited time. Included within VIP offers are all of the year-round, exclusive VIP Savings Passport offers as well. Daily offers are not exclusive and are pubically available to all shoppers at our centers.

What if I do not have a printer or my printer is not working?

Simply show the offer on your mobile device to the sales associate in-store at checkout to redeem. Note that select stores may require a printed offer to redeem it. How do I change or add to my list of my favorite outlets?

Log in to your profile within the My VIP Center area of the website and click "My Profile" and then select your favorite center(s) from the drop down menu.

Will I receive emails from 3rd party advertisers or other companies?

No, all of the emails VIP Club members receive always come from Simon Premium Outlets and/or your preferred outlet center locations.

How do I cancel my VIP Shopper Club membership?

To cancel your membership, please complete the unsubscribe form. Please note that once you unsubscribe you will no longer have access to the exclusive VIP offers available within the My VIP Center area of the website.
