At Barbie Crockski Pierogi, we produce three lines of pierogi. First is our "TRADITIONAL" line with fillings such as farmer cheese, sauerkraut or potato. Then we put a little tweak on the traditions with our "SPECIALTY" line of pierogi with mixtures like spinach feta, ricotta mozzarella, sweet potato, pepper jack cheese and more. Our newest series was introduced in early 2019, the "DRUNKEN" pierogi. We use different alcohols such as beer, wine, vodka and whiskey in some gourmet blended pierogi recipes.
