HOW DO I JOIN?

To join The VIP Shopper Club: From www.premiumoutlets.com/vip, click on "Become a VIP Member. Join Now." Complete all fields in the registration form. Be sure to check the box at the top verifying you are 13 years of age or older. Once the form is completed, click submit. You will then receive a verification email that will include a link. You must follow the instructions in this email to activate your membership.

IS THERE A COST TO JOIN?

No, membership to The VIP Shopper Club is free.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE VIP LOUNGE/COUPONS?

After you have verified your membership via the verification email, you may log in to The VIP Lounge. Go to: www.premiumoutlets.com/vip and click on "Already a Member." Enter your email address and the password you entered during registration. Click Enter.

WHAT DO I NEED TO ACCESS THE ONLINE VIP LOUNGE?

You must be on Internet Explorer 6.0, Firefox 1.0 or Safari 3.0.4 to fully experience The VIP Lounge. If you don't have one of these browsers, please update now.

WHAT IF I DO NOT RECEIVE MY VERIFICATION EMAIL?

If you do not immediately receive your verification email, it may be for one of the following reasons:

  • You're an AOL, Earthlink or Yahoo! user and the email was sent to a Junk/Bulk items folder/blocked by a filter.
  • You're using a company email address and the email was blocked by your System Admin.
  • You misspelled your email address during registration.
  • You entered "www" before your email address.
  • Your mailbox is full.

IS THERE A MEMBERSHIP CARD?

There is no VIP Membership card. As a member of The VIP Shopper Club you may access The VIP Lounge to print exclusive online coupons and a voucher for a complimentary VIP Coupon Book. Present coupons at participating stores to receive your discounts. Present the voucher at the Information Center to receive your free VIP Coupon Book.

HOW DO I VIEW AND/OR PRINT THE COUPONS?

Log-in to The VIP Lounge. On the VIP Home page under "Exclusive Coupons and VIP Coupon Book", click on the number of offers next to your preferred Premium Outlet Center to view and print exclusive online coupons. Check the box next the brands and also VIP Coupon Book. Click “Print Selected Coupons”. Clip them and shop.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS?

To change your email address, log in to The VIP Lounge using your existing user name and password. Click "My Profile". Update your email address. Click "Continue" then "Submit" to save your changes.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE COUPONS IN THE VIP LOUNGE AND THE COUPONS IN THE VIP COUPON BOOK?

Coupons posted in The VIP Lounge are above and beyond coupons in the VIP Coupon Book. These offers are available for a limited time.

WHAT IF I DO NOT HAVE A PRINTER OR MY PRINTER IS NOT WORKING?

This is an online club. To enjoy all the benefits, you must have access to a working printer.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR ADD TO MY LIST OF SELECTED CENTERS?

Log-in to The VIP Lounge. Click "My Profile", check or uncheck the centers you wish to add or remove. Click "Continue" then "Submit" to save your changes.

WHEN DOES MY VIP COUPON BOOK VOUCHER EXPIRE?

Your VIP Coupon Book voucher is valid for one month from the date you download it. You must enter The VIP Lounge and download your VIP Coupon Book voucher less than 30 days before you plan to use it.

WHAT IF I FORGET MY VOUCHER OR COUPON?

You must present your printed voucher or coupon in order to receive a VIP Coupon Book or discount.

WILL I RECEIVE EMAILS FROM ADVERTISERS OR OTHER COMPANIES?
