Toronto Premium Outlets is thrilled to announce the completion of its 5-storey parking garage as part of its 2 phase retail expansion.

The five-storey structure now provides an additional 1600 parking stalls for Toronto Premium Outlets to improve the shopping experience for customers. The parkade also features heated ramps and an integrated parking management system displaying the number of parking spaces available on each level and identifying available spaces throughout each floor. Customers will now access the mall from the parking garage through an enclosed pedestrian bridge, providing barrier-free entry to a new customer service reception and court area.

The parking garage is located at the south-west corner of the property, facing Trafalgar Rd, and can be accessed directly via the Trafalgar Rd entrance. Alternately, visitors entering the property via Steeles Rd or Eighth Line may access the parking garage at the rear of the property facing Highway 401, beside parking lot "D".

Construction of the second phase will add 40 new name-brand outlet stores, scheduled to open to the public in November 2018. On completion, the centre will offer over 130 designer outlets and 3,100 parking spaces.
